About The Position
Orca is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our R&D team and be part of Orca FleetView and cloud technologies.
Join a revolutionary maritime startup and help to shape the future of fleet management. We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to be part of our innovative team. Your expertise will contribute to building a comprehensive fleet view showcasing fleet statistics, live data, fuel efficiency, safety incidents, and more. You'll play a key role in driving the software architecture and development of our cutting-edge maritime analytics platform.
● 5+ years of full experience with backend and frontend technologies preferably in a fast-paced environment such as a startup or rapidly growing company
● Proficiency with server side languages such as Python or node.js
● Proficiency with a modern JavaScript framework (Angular 2+, React, Vue)
● Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS / GCP / Azure
● Experience with backend technologies such as K8s / Docker / Postgres / MongoDB / Redis / RabbitMQ / SQS / Lambda / CI/CD
● Experience with RxJs or Redux.
● Strong technical background in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS.
● Strong knowledge of reactive paradigm, including observer and observable patterns.
● Experience working with designer platforms such as Figma or Zeppelin.
● Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
